The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Senior Sales Negotiator
to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a proven track record in property sales to build on their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Registering and qualifying potential buyers
Conducting market appraisals and listing properties
Conducting property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcome for all parties
Progressing sales through to completion while ensuring exceptional customer service
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Supporting the wider team in achieving branch sales targets
Keeping up to date with local market trends and property values
About You
Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within the property industry (senior level preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
A proactive, professional, and positive approach
Full UK driving licence (essential)
