We are a new Real Estate company in the UK, looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Agent to lead our team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the UK sales team, including mentoring Junior Brokers, setting strategy, and performance targets.
Source, negotiate, and close real estate deals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
Ensure compliance with UK property regulations and legal requirements.
Contribute to establishing UK operations and shaping company processes.
Requirements:
5+ years in real estate with a strong track record in sales and leadership.
Experience with CRM software is mandatory.
Knowledge of the UK property market is highly desirable.
RICS or relevant certifications are a plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Right to work in the UK; UK driving license is preferred.
