This is a high-responsibility role ideal for someone with solid estate agency experience and the ambition to progress into a managerial position within a fast-paced, well-established office.

The Role

This is a front-facing, all round sales position where you'll play a key role in growing our residential sales pipeline. You will:

Carry out valuations and win new sales instructions Market properties with compelling listings and strategic pricing Conduct viewings, qualify applicants, and match buyers with suitable properties Negotiate offers and progress sales through to exchange and completion Provide expert advice to vendors and buyers throughout the process Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals and lead follow-up Represent the Auckland Estates brand with professionalism and confidence
You'll take ownership of client relationships, delivering feedback, driving sales performance, and supporting the overall success of the office.

What We're Looking For

We want a confident, capable estate agent who thrives in a fast-paced, customer relatied, sales-focused environment:

3-5+ years' experience in residential sales Proven success in winning instructions and closing deals Confident in valuations, sales advice, and progression Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong organisational abilities and a proactive, self-motivated mindset Familiarity with Potters Bar and surrounding areas (preferred) Full UK driving licence and own car essential
You'll be someone with a long-term vision, looking to grow within the business and step up into a senior role.
