Working in the areas of Bury Rochdale or Swinton branches, with prior experience of 12 months working within the industry is essential. We are looking for people who lead from the front and have the knowledge and experience to move the teams forward.

The Role:

Along with managing your team, 121's etc we expect

Co-ordinate property valuations

Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and preferences.

Stay up to date with Market trends and property values.

Negotiating offers

Liaise with Vendors, Buyers, Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, and the wider team and business.

Full time 5 days a week 9:00am to 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday and Fridays 9:00am to 5:00pm and alternative Saturdays 9:00am to 2:00pm
