About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a strong pipeline of instructions, conducting high-quality viewings, and negotiating successful deals. You'll have autonomy, trust, and the full support of a highly respected local agency behind you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Register and qualify applicants
• Arrange and conduct viewings across Streatham & Tooting
• Win new instructions through prospecting and relationship-building
• Manage negotiations and progress sales to completion
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong vendor and buyer relationships
• Contribute to the growth and success of the office through proactive sales work

• At least 2 years' experience in residential sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator level
• Deep understanding of the South West London market (Streatham/Tooting preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

• Basic salary of 25,000 - 32,000 (dependent on experience)
• On-target earnings of 75,000 - 85,000
