Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator to join our clients team in Twickenham. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, with a keen interest in the property market. This role involves engaging with clients to facilitate the buying and selling of properties, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to potential buyers. Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers and sellers. Having dialog between all stakeholders within the buying process Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings. Provide administrative support including preparing contracts and documentation Stay informed about market trends and local property developments to advise clients effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Experience

Previous Estate Agency experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this will enhance client engagement. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-50,000.00 per year
