Due to expansion, our client, an independent Estate Agency in the Waltham Abbey area, is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their close-knit team.
If you're an experienced Sales Negotiator or currently in a Senior Sales Negotiator role and are seeking a position within a supportive, close-knit team where you will truly feel valued, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:
Up to 25,000 basic salary Realistic OTE of 40,000 (Uncapped) Full support from the Director Business mileage covered Career progression
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your duties will be:
Booking and attending viewings Booking valuations Negotiating offers Registering buyers and sellers General admin
Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:
Minimum 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator with a strong proven track record Expert local knowledge Highly driven and motivated Ability to gain new leads Well presented with a confident manner Strong communication skills both written and verbal * Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are a must
