The Senior Residential Sales Negotiator Role:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for booking and conducting market appraisals, viewings, negotiating offers, sales chasing and maintain the high level of customer service our clients have come to expect from Mayfair Town & Country.
The successful candidate will have residential Estate Agency experience and must have a full driving licence.
This role may suit an experienced negotiator looking for the next step up in their career path.
You will:
Book and conducting market appraisals
Book viewings and register applicants
Conducting viewings
Negotiate Offers
Sales Chasing
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients
Be articulate, with excellent communication skills.
Be self-motivated, possess a pro-active approach and maintain an outstanding professional and customer-service focused approach.
Salary: 27,000 to 31,000 OTE depending on experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday, some Saturday's required with time off in lieu.
