Senior Sales Support Administrator

Hybrid - 4 days in, 1 day from home

Full time - 7:30 - 16:00pm/8:30 - 17:00pm

Are you an experienced Administrator with FMCG experience? Our client are a leading multinational supplier of fresh fruit and related\xe2\x80\x8b products to international markets. Through our vertically-integrated supply chain we grow, source and ripen, pack, process and market quality avocados and other produce - across the year and across the globe.

They are currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team. As an integral part of the business, your day-to-day activities will centre around working closely with the QC, Warehouse, Procurement and Sales Support teams, to ensure a smooth operational process by making sure all data is uploaded correctly into the system, information is communicated clearly and timely as well as dealing with all problems/queries quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Detailed Purchase Order set-up which must be accurately uploaded and on time.
  • Review packing list templates and ensure they are completed correctly by suppliers and to investigate any potential discrepancies.
  • To assist with customs documentation on EU imports (C88), to ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and communicated to the relevant parties to avoid delays at port.
  • Monitoring and communicating vessel arrivals to the relevant departments.
  • Co-ordinate transport requirements from port to warehouse, and between the main site and third-party stores.
  • To assist with EU exports making sure the correct documentation is provided and communicated on transit.
  • Monitoring and reporting claims.
  • Purchase invoice referencing and processing.
  • Supplier and Customer contact on any potential issues and guidance that may be required.
  • Rejections / returns management.
  • Monitoring and processing supplier payments.
  • Proactive problem solving.
  • Commercial awareness.
About you:
  • FMCG industry experience is essential.
  • Logistics and supply chain experience is essential.
  • Intermediate to Advanced excel skills.
  • Prophet system experience would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable and flexible attitude.
  • Analytical.
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems.
