As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the sales team, providing troubleshooting assistance and support for our largest accounts with complex customer resolution aligned to our Commercial Units.

What You Will Do

Provide support to our largest customers, supporting our Sales team to resolve complex customer queries
Provide route cause analysis of issues and offer recommendations for improvements to our customer and business experience
Accountable for management of Opportunity Desks for our Commercial Units, including active management of the meeting, ensuring high quality of process, inputs and follow up on deliverables
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
Management of the end of month process for our Commercial Units, helping to ensure sales forecasts are delivered.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure correct pricing and collateral is being used by the sales team.
Follow up on sales leads and inquiries for our largest customers, ensuring correct allocation to Sales Team.
