We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with proven experience in designing, building, and migrating Salesforce orgs, in addition to the core development responsibilities. This role is critical in helping us scale our operations as we expand. You will lead on architecture, custom development, integrations, and org migration strategy, while mentoring other developers and working closely with business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Org Design and Migration: Lead the creation, consolidation, or migration of Salesforce orgs to support business growth and evolving operational needs. Customization and Development: Build robust, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and Flows to meet complex business requirements. Lightning Components: Design and implement custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user interface and streamline processes. Integration: Architect and develop integrations between Salesforce and other platforms using APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, etc.). Data Management: Manage and execute data migrations, ensure data integrity, and implement data governance practices across Salesforce orgs. Code Quality: Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and apply best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code. Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and admins within the team. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation on system architecture, customizations, and development processes. User Support: Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, providing advanced user support and training when necessary. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and features, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize the platform. Stakeholders: Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills

Requirements




Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Demonstrated experience with org creation, consolidation, or migration projects. Advanced skills in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flow. Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and security best practices. Experience with integration tools and REST/SOAP APIs. Comfortable working with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required). Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and/or Integration Architecture Designer (preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills, autonomy, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
