What We Are Looking For




We're looking for a full-time Senior SDR who will identify and qualify new business opportunities for the company while supporting our existing client relationships. This role is critical to our team because a successful candidate will make meaningful contributions to driving sales pipeline and improving overall GTM processes.

What You'll Be Doing




Conduct targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities


Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and needs assessment


Research and identify potential clients within our target markets


Create personalized outreach strategies using email, phone, and social selling techniques


Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with potential clients


Track all prospecting activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM


Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly qualification and meeting booking targets


Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge


Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and ensure our roadmap prioritizes features that bring the most value


Help refine our sales processes as we scale the team


Contribute to the development of sales materials and messaging

Requirements




2-5 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS, data, or financial services


Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly


A resourceful, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality - you'll help us define what great looks like


Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments


Technical acumen and the ability to learn software products quickly
