We're looking for a confident

Senior SEO Account Manager

to join our team and play a key role in managing and growing client campaigns, contributing to team development, and supporting the wider agency's SEO offering as we scale.

This is a brilliant role for someone with at least 5 years of agency experience who's ready to step up, take the lead on strategy, and become a trusted go-to for clients and internal teams alike.

The Role



As a Senior SEO Account Manager, you'll lead on strategy and performance across a range of higher-spending clients. You'll be the main point of contact, responsible for guiding campaigns from technical audits to content strategy and reporting, supported by our in-house content, design, and development teams.

You'll work closely with the Head of SEO and have real input into how we continue to shape our SEO offering and processes, while also helping to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities



Lead SEO strategy and day-to-day delivery for your assigned client accounts Communicate directly with clients; providing insight, recommendations, and performance updates Engage in business-minded conversations with clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals while driving revenue growth. Carry out technical SEO audits and liaise with dev teams to implement fixes and performance improvements Build keyword-led content strategies and oversee content calendars with support from the content team Lead and contribute to reporting across analytics, keyword performance, technical issues and SEO KPIs Work across platforms like WordPress and Shopify to implement SEO recommendations Collaborate with other departments (PPC, design, Social) to align wider digital strategies Assist in onboarding new SEO clients and supporting the team during new business pitches Support the training and development of junior team members

Who We're Looking For



At least

5 years agency-side experience

in an SEO role Strong understanding of SEO strategy; technical, content and off-page Confident communicator with experience handling client relationships and performance updates Experience with key SEO tools: SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, WordPress, Shopify Experience managing larger SEO accounts and working with multiple stakeholders Knowledge of CRO and UX best practices is a bonus Comfortable presenting to clients, contributing to pitches, and owning project delivery A proactive mindset; you take ownership and are always looking to improve A team player who's happy collaborating with different departments
