As a result, we foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where continuous learning, sharing and improvement is encouraged.
The Role
This role will immerse you in the world of leading SEO campaigns, starting with an intensive 3-month training program covering the four pillars of SEO -- keywords, content, technical and links -- and how to apply these to your current project management skills. This initial period will allow you to execute all parts of a client's SEO campaign in order to learn from and improve their strategy based on the results.
Following your training period, you will be assigned a dedicated account assistant and a specific industry to focus your attention on, building an industry niche within the SEO agency. It will be your responsibility to balance strong leadership skills and effective communication skills, maintaining positive relationships with your team and your clients. This job will not be easy, but it will be incredibly rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts, ensuring all tasks and projects are completed on time. This includes administrative tasks related to client accounts, such as meetings, emails, and task allocation.
Communicate with clients to understand their goals and provide regular updates on campaign performance, including highlighting key metrics and insights - over recorded video and visiting clients when necessary.
Identify and attend relevant UK-based and international networking and training events relevant to your chosen industry.
Support the creation and execution of SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, content creation, and link building.
Monitor and analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and other SEO software.
Coordinate with your team to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates and industry best practices, and work with the Head of Operations & Experimentation to adapt our processes in line with these developments.
