Role summary:
The Senior Account SEO Manager ensures operational excellence while driving strategic growth across multiple client accounts. You'll oversee campaign delivery, mentor junior team members, lead performance reviews, and contribute to innovation and best practices across the agency. This is a hands-on role with strong strategic influence, helping clients achieve their organic search objectives while building a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities:
Oversee multiple accounts, ensuring organic targets and strategy execution
Collaborate on long-term SEO strategies, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews
Lead performance reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
Identify trends across client accounts and inform SEO testing roadmaps
Mentor and support SEO Managers and Executives in their professional development
Work with Head of Organic on SEO innovations, methodology and proposition improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, dev, paid media,
CRO) to implement integrated strategies
Develop client-facing case studies and thought leadership content
What we're looking for:
Proven leadership and mentoring experience in SEO or digital marketing
Analytical mindset with expertise in SEO tools and data interpretation
Strong client communication and presentation skills at senior stakeholder level
Ability to simplify complex technical SEO concepts for non-technical audiences
Excited by strategic challenges and continuous learning in the evolving
SEO landscape, in particular an enthusiasm to research, test, and develop our GEO service offering
Able to explain the "why" behind organic performance fluctuations and algorithm updates
Success in this role looks like:
