Senior Service Advisor Position

Cannon Motors Hyundai, Carrickfergus, is recruiting for a permanent, full-time Senior Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. As well as a competitive salary, supplemented with a target driven bonus scheme, you will have the opportunity for continued personal development and training in an excellent working environment.

The applicable hours are:

Monday 0830 - 1700

Tuesday 0830 - 1730

Wednesday 0830 - 1700

Thursday 0830 - 1730

Friday 0830 - 1700

Saturday 0930 - 1300 (one Saturday out of five)

Salary - competitive salary depending on level of experience.

Your Role

You will provide outstanding customer service, being the first point of contact for customers requiring repair or servicing of their vehicles, and serving as a vital link between the customer and the workshop. You will ensure that the customer is well informed about the work required to their vehicle, keeping them up to date at every stage and answering any queries they may have. Liaising with workshop colleagues, you will manage the process from booking in to handover, ensuring a good customer experience from start to finish.

This is a challenging role which involves managing a high volume of daily customer visits and telephone calls while maintaining continuous contact with the workshop.

Qualifications

In order to fulfil the role, you must have a genuine desire to provide an excellent experience to each and every customer. You will have good communication skills and the ability to build a rapport with customers, working well as part of a team, whilst also being able to work independently using your own initiative.

Prior experience in either a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor role is required. You must have a full UK driving licence.
