The role is accountable for
end-to-end
delivery assurance across ATS support services and programmes delivered to RRSL, ensuring robust governance, performance transparency, and proactive management of delivery risks.
Operating with delegated
authority from the ATS UK IIT Value Stream Manager and Global Key Account Manager, the role maintains oversight of current demand, active projects, and delivery pipeline, holding ATS delivery teams accountable for meeting agreed commitments, service levels, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Client Interface & Escalation
Act as the single, senior
point of contact
and primary escalation point between ATS and RR Submarines Limited for all service and programme delivery matters.
Provide clear, accurate, and timely
communication
to RRSL on delivery status, risks, and mitigation actions.
Represent RRSL priorities
, expectations, and feedback back into ATS delivery teams.
Governance & Assurance
Provide
delivery assurance
across ATS support services and programmes delivered to RRSL.
Ensure agreed governance frameworks and delivery controls are consistently applied.
Monitor delivery performance against agreed commitments, service levels, and contractual expectations.
Identify
delivery
risks

trends
, and systemic issues, escalating appropriately within ATS and to RRSL.
Support delivery recovery activities, ensuring corrective actions are defined, owned, and tracked.
Demand, Pipeline & Portfolio Oversight
Maintain oversight of current demand, active projects, and support services delivered to RRSL.
Ensure visibility of delivery pipeline and emerging demand to support
planning

prioritisation
