Senior Shift Engineer
About The Ned:
The Ned and Ned's Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.
The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned's Club - a private members' space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.
As part of our Engineering department, you will:
Provide general engineering support to the whole operation - including basic plumbing, electrical repair, and gas equipment
Help the business to achieve sales targets by regularly carrying out preventative maintenance to minimise breakdowns, and disruptions, keeping The Ned running smoothly and looking in top shape
There are 750+ team working in The Ned, and the engineering department supports and works alongside all of them, so a can-do attitude and great people skills helps us to maintain a great place to work
The engineering team provide coverage across the whole operation, so flexibility is working patterns will be required

What you can bring to the role:
Ideally you will have background knowledge with similar environment from your previous roles
Qualified electrician to at least city and guilds level 3 2365 ideally 18th edition
Additional experience in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC
Good all-round trade knowledge and experience
