Design and develop job architecture (job families and skills frameworks) across NewDay that supports workforce planning, talent development, and transparent career growth.
Define skill sets and role profiles for both current and emerging roles, using external trends and insights to anticipate and prepare for the future of work.
Support job evaluation and role levelling, ensuring every role is aligned, benchmarked, and positioned fairly across the organisation.
Play a key role in transformation programmes by advising on roles/skills during restructures and organisational change.
Partner with Talent colleagues to integrate skills frameworks into learning and development - ensuring that our people are growing the capabilities that matter most and supporting internal mobility and career development across teams and functions.
Partner with our Digital People Solutions team, utilising Workday (and tapping into AI-driven insights) to capture current skills and anticipate future workforce needs to guide smarter people planning decisions.
Your skills and Experience
Essential
Expertise in job architecture design - you know how to build clear, scalable frameworks that define roles, levels, and structures aligned to business strategy.
A passion for workforce planning, talent mobility, and building future-ready skills - you're motivated by enabling internal mobility, closing skills gaps, and helping colleagues grow in line with organisational priorities.
A sharp analytical mind - you're forward-thinking, anticipating future workforce needs by analysing market trends and evolving role profiles, helping the organisation stay ahead
Strong communication skills - you're able to present insights and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders
A collaborative approach - you'll build excellent stakeholder relationships and work effectively across the People team and nd business functions
Desirable
Working knowledge of financial services and/or a product delivery organisation.
