The Role

We are looking for a

Senior Skin Therapist

to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, knowledgeable therapist who is dedicated to delivering exceptional client care and achieving outstanding treatment results.

You'll work with a supportive and friendly team in a clinic known for its reputation, loyal clientele, and commitment to ongoing education and growth.

You will be responsible for:

Performing advanced skincare and facial treatments Delivering a five-star client experience at every stage of the appointment Providing expert skincare advice and aftercare recommendations Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional treatment space Supporting clinic marketing efforts through social media engagement and treatment promotion Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications & Experience

NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 preferred) Minimum 5 years' experience in beauty or advanced skincare (facials, massage, waxing, brows, etc.) Experience with

Dermalogica, Environ, or CACI

is highly desirable Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for skincare and client results Proficiency in English; additional languages an advantage
