About the Role

As a Senior Social Worker in the Kinship Team, you will:

Lead on the early identification of Family and Friends Carers, helping to secure stable, long-term care arrangements within children's extended family networks. Manage a varied caseload, working alongside other Senior Social Workers, Social Workers, and Support Officers to deliver high-quality assessments and support to families. Play a key role in shaping the future of kinship care in Swansea.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced and motivated professional who:

Has a good understanding of kinship care and the importance of family-based solutions. Is committed to achieving the best outcomes for children and families. Brings excellent communication, assessment, and team-working skills.
