We are seeking to appoint a Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at WEST on the Green. Situated within the historic Templeton Building on Glasgow Green, we proudly operate a vibrant German-style beer hall, expansive beer garden, restaurant, and versatile events space.
Our culinary offerings encompass a fusion of German and Scottish influences, complemented by seasonal specials. From intimate wedding ceremonies to bustling corporate dinners, our event spaces cater to a diverse clientele, all while maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen as well as developing an open and fluid relationship with the Front of House team to delivery
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for food, a comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations, and hands-on experience working in high-venues. Leadership and management qualities are paramount, as you will be entrusted with supervising kitchen staff and contributing to menu development.
