We are looking for an strong Sous Chef will a proven track record who can fit in with a motivated, talented and friendly team. If you can bring energy and a positive attitude into work with you, we'd love to talk to you.

Our team strive to nurture talent with a continuing training program. Requirements will include:-

2 year's experience in a similar kitchen role. Ideally you will have a good knowledge of all areas of kitchen food preparation. You should have an outstanding standard of cleanliness. A high level of pride in your work and a desire to improve. Be able to coach and encourage those who work alongside you. Honest and trustworthy. Willing to learn from an experienced team. Own transport necessary.
