2 year's experience in a similar kitchen role.
Ideally you will have a good knowledge of all areas of kitchen food preparation.
You should have an outstanding standard of cleanliness.
A high level of pride in your work and a desire to improve.
Be able to coach and encourage those who work alongside you.
Honest and trustworthy.
Willing to learn from an experienced team.
Own transport necessary.
