Senior Therapist - Edinburgh City Centre

As PURE continues to expand - we're looking for an ambitious Senior Therapist to join our leadership team and play a key role in running our three Edinburgh city-centre locations.

This is the perfect opportunity for a confident therapist who's ready to take the next step in their career - helping to lead and support teams while growing their own leadership skills along the way. You'll work closely with our Area Manager, developing your understanding of operations, training, and performance management, setting you up for future progression within PURE.

This is more than a treatment role - it's a career-building leadership position where you'll:

Work across three high-performing city spas, helping manage day-to-day operations and team motivation. Lead by example, maintaining PURE's high standards while supporting and developing therapists. Grow your management skills, learning directly from the Area Manager and contributing to key business decisions. Train and mentor, helping new and existing therapists reach their full potential. Represent PURE as a brand ambassador -- confident, professional, and passionate about creating a 5 star experience for every guest.
What you'll do

Deliver treatments to the highest standard while helping oversee daily operations across three locations. Support team performance, training, and communication alongside the Area Manager. Motivate and inspire therapists to meet targets and deliver excellent service. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and developing new talent within the team. Contribute to training materials and social media content for our internal channels. Maintain PURE's professional and caring environment across every spa.
What you'll bring

A recognised Beauty or Massage Therapy qualification (minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Experience as a Senior or Spa Therapist ready to take the next step Natural leadership and strong communication skills Commercial awareness and confidence working towards targets A genuine passion for people -- building trust and motivation across teams A can-do attitude, organisation, and flexibility to work across locations
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22,000.00-27,000.00 per year
