What You'll Do




As a

Senior Spa Therapist

, you will:


Support and guide a team of

spa therapists and receptionists

, helping ensure smooth daily pa operations

Carry out the full range of

treatments confidently and professionally

, maintaining the highest standards of customer care

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene

throughout all spa spaces

Promote spa services and products

with up-to-date knowledge, helping guests make informed choices

Support a safe and serene environment

, following all health, safety, and wellness protocols

Mentor and develop team members

, helping maintain consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction

Work closely with the

spa leadership team

to provide desk support, maintain health and safety compliance, and assist in administrative tasks

Support social media engagement

, promoting the spa's services and offerings

Act as an

additional support system

for our spa therapists and reception team, ensuring guidance and assistance is readily available

Who We're Looking For




You'll be a confident, capable professional with:


An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification

(essential)

At least 1-2 years' experience

in a spa or beauty therapist role

Previous leadership or team support experience

(desirable)

A passion for helping others grow,

with the ability to

coach and support team performance

A proven track record in delivering treatments

and achieving retail and upgrade targets

A calm,

customer-focused attitude

and excellent communication skills

Confidence in delivering the

full spa treatment menu

in line with brand standards

Health and safety awareness

relevant to spa settings
