Job Overview

We are seeking a part time experienced and dedicated Senior Spa Therapist and Spa Therapists to join our new spa venture so you will be helping us build from the bottom up!. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in massage, facials and nails combined with exceptional management and guest service skills. The Senior Spa Therapist role offers an excellent opportunity to lead our team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and contribute to the centre's reputation for excellence. All our therapists will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring client satisfaction in a luxurious environment.

Duties

Deliver a wide range of treatments including massage, facials, nails. Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling appointments, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Provide exceptional guest services by understanding client needs, offering personalised recommendations, and upselling suitable products or additional treatments. Oversee front desk activities such as booking appointments, managing client records, and handling enquiries efficiently. Maintain active management of social media accounts to promote services, special offers, and events to enhance the centre's online presence. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike. Organise training sessions for team members to ensure continuous professional development in areas such as barbering or advanced massage techniques. Coordinate with management on staffing schedules, stock levels, and promotional activities to optimise operational efficiency.

Skills

Proven management experience within a spa with strong leadership capabilities. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and external partners. Proficiency in social media management to boost brand visibility and engagement. Extensive experience in guest services with a focus on personalised care and client retention. Skilled in specialised treatments such as massage, deep tissue massage, facials and spa treatments. Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell services tactfully while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Organised with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting whilst maintaining attention to detail. A friendly demeanour combined with professional hospitality skills that create a relaxing environment for clients. Desirable Skills

Qualification in electrical facials, including hydrafacials.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
