Amazon is looking to hire a Senior Strategy Manager to join the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Strategy team. The role will help develop and execute long term DSP strategy for the Methods of Transport (MoT) and work in close collaboration with the NA based DSP product and DSP tech teams. The role will ensure the right prioritisation and scaling mechanisms are built to scale the DSP program in new regions.



This is a unique opportunity to collaborate across global internal stakeholders and improve the Amazon customer experience. This role will act as the single-threaded leader (STL) for multiple high-profile projects across the DSP business in areas including: scaling product and programmatic elements to bring MOTs DSP program to parity with NA, design and deploy a strategy that ensures our DSP program is built to enable the long-term scalability of MOTs and craft the MOT DSP Strategy specifically considering - operating and labor model, expansion goals and sustainability ambitions.



This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the rapidly growing Amazon Logistics organization. The Last Mile (LM) is a highly visible program internally and with our customers. They will establish relationships across a complex matrix environment and drive consensus across leadership on the strategic path forward for the program across teams pan EU. This role is focused on the Think Big, Earns Trust, Dive Deep and Deliver Results leadership principles. With the ability to navigate ambiguity, use data to define a roadmap, and an interest in product and technology development all being key to success



Key job responsibilities

Stay ahead of market developments in the EU and EU MoT delivery space, and use this deep expertise as an input to help craft the long-term DSP Strategy specifically considering - our operating and labor model, expansion goals and sustainability ambitions. Partner with our colleagues in the WW DSP, LM Tech and DSP Tech, Varied business line leadership and AMZL team to help evolve the EU MOT DSP program and adapt it to the nuances of the region. Identify and evaluate parity gaps between EU, NA and APAC DSP , new strategic business opportunities, including new initiatives and partnerships. Lead cross-functional teams including Senior Management, Product, Engineering, and Business to assess these opportunities. Demonstrate hypothesis-driven, problem-solving orientation and ability to support a thesis with quantitative and qualitative analysis, high degree of business judgement, and appropriate framing of complex business problems. Work on significant and unique business opportunities, which are often unstructured transactions. Earn trust across multiple internal Amazon teams (finance, legal, corporate development, operations and tech) to achieve your goals.

The DSP team partners with entrepreneurial individuals to build sustainable and scalable delivery capacity so that Amazon can continue to delight customers with fast, efficient, and bar raising fulfillment of their orders. We're building a world class last mile operation capable of exceeding the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
