Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and new techniques.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalised service.
Skills
Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
Ability to mentor and guide less experienced staff effectively.
Strong upselling abilities to promote products and services effectively.
