Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Stylist

who is passionate about hair, up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends, and committed to excellence. This role is ideal for a confident, creative professional who can manage a full client list, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the boutique's reputation for outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments Build and maintain a strong, loyal clientele Consult with clients to understand needs and recommend personalized solutions Keep current with hair trends, products, and techniques Maintain high hygiene and safety standards at all times Mentor and assist junior stylists and apprentices Contribute to social media content creation, promotions, and events Help maintain a positive and professional salon culture

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a salon environment Fully qualified with relevant certifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Strong portfolio showcasing technical skill and creative flair Excellent communication and customer service skills A passion for education, team development, and staying ahead of trends Flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends
