The Senior Stylist plays a pivotal role in the creation of high-quality, on-brand visual content for the e-commerce platform. This position is responsible for styling products in line with brand guidelines and current trends, ensuring a seamless customer experience through aspirational yet commercially-driven imagery. The role is to also optimize on-set efficiency and manage the styling assistants.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the styling on e-commerce gallery shoots, ensuring all products are presented in a visually compelling and commercially viable way. Style outfits that reflect the brand's identity while promoting key products and seasonal trends, styling consistency across all product categories, including clothing, footwear, and accessories Collaborate with photographers, models, and art directors to achieve cohesive, on-brand imagery. Define and maintain the brands aesthetic and styling guidelines in line with the brand identity. Stay updated on seasonal trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform styling choices. Adapt styling to highlight product features, fit, and quality effectively for an online audience. Oversee the organization and regular updating of the styling cupboard, ensuring all samples, accessories, and styling tools are in excellent condition and readily available for shoots. Work closely with the Studio Manager, Art Directors, and E-Commerce teams to meet daily and weekly shoot targets Review final imagery to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards before upload. Provide feedback to the photography and retouching teams to enhance visual output.
