Senior Stylist

to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering exceptional cut, colour, and styling services Building lasting relationships with clients and supporting their hair goals Mentoring and supporting junior stylists and apprentices Maintaining high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and client care Staying up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and product knowledge Meeting performance targets while always prioritising quality Recommending treatments and products to support healthy, happy hair Helping to create a warm, welcoming salon environment

What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent) At least 3 years of experience on the salon floor Advanced cutting and colouring skills Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner A passion for education, both learning and sharing knowledge A genuine interest in building your own client base and contributing to the salon's growth Confidence in recommending retail and upselling services A team player with a positive, professional attitude
