We are seeking a talented and passionate Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in various areas including colouring highlighting Permanent straightening hair extensions hair styling, contributing to a positive salon environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and providing tailored hair solutions. Perform a variety of hair services including haircuts, styling, Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised and ready for use. Engage with clients at the front desk, managing appointments and providing information about services offered. Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet salon goals. Mentor junior stylists and trainees, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth. Assist in store management tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the salon.

Experience

Proven experience as a Stylist Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.

Experience in front desk operations or store management would be beneficial. A passion for mentoring others and helping them develop their skills is highly valued.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
