Senior Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Supervisor to join our team at The Powis Arms in Lydbury North. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the hospitality trade who is looking for a flexible role in a welcoming country pub.
The Role:
Hours: 12 hours per week, increasing to 24 hours from April.
Pay: Starting at 13 per hour, depending on experience.
Start Date: Immediate start available.
Requirements: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
Supporting and supervising staff during shifts.
Assisting with stock management and ordering.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Cash handling and till operations.
