Senior Supervisor
We're looking for a Senior Site Supervisor to join our Severn Trent Water Framework team based across multiple sites in the Midlands.


Location:

Midlands - you'll be working across multiple live construction sites within the Severn Trent Water Framework

Contract:

Permanent, Full Time

Hours:

45 hours per week


What will you be responsible for?





As a

Senior Site Supervisor

, you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team, overseeing the safe and successful delivery of multiple schemes on the waste treatment side of the Severn Trent Water Framework.



What will your day to day look like?



Your day-to-day will include:


Supervising on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery Leading daily briefings, toolbox talks, site inductions, and maintaining accurate site records Overseeing the implementation of RAMS, ITPs, permits, and company procedures Coordinating with Project and Operations Managers on programme progress, site resources, and change management Conducting site audits, managing RFIs, and supporting client interfaces and compliance visits

You have relevant construction experience (preferably in the water sector), a CSCS card, and strong working knowledge of CDM and safe systems of work You're a confident communicator and team leader, able to motivate and guide site teams in line with Kier values You demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery
