Senior Supplier Services Manager | Fieldglass - Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program & Temp. Labor Solutions

Business Solutions & Outsourced Programs is a team within GP's Strategy & Solutions chapter focused on running our global MSP and contingent workforce program, seeking optimisation of services to deliver value, and responding to active requests with new, innovative solutions. This is an exciting area where you can innovate and drive value in a critical, strategic area of the business, develop cross-functionally, connect closely to business needs, and deliver meaningful, long-term value. This position reports into the MSP and Temp. Labour Solutions Lead.

Key Challenges





As a contingent workforce and SAP Fieldglass expert at Roche, you will play a key role contributing to the success of our total workforce strategy within GP, in collaboration with Informatics (IX) and People & Culture (P&C).

Act as the SAP Fieldglass product owner on behalf of GP, i.e., a subject matter specialist for the end-to-end SAP Fieldglass solution from a business perspective Serve as the primary GP representative for the SAP Fieldglass solution, collaborating closely with and aligning stakeholders across IX and P&C teams Proactively identify and assess customer problem statements / opportunities, and prioritize execution / solutioning with our global MSP partners and Roche teams Develop and deliver market and supplier-driven solutions in line with the latest market trends and best practices Oversee the execution of a strategic roadmap of technology projects and solutions in contingent workforce aligned to business needs Serve as the voice of the customer / business / end-user Act as a champion of next generation reporting and analytics The focus area of this role would be SAP Fieldglass technology, however, this focus area may evolve based on future opportunities and changing customer needs.

Who you are as an Ideal Candidate



Demonstrated experience delivering SAP Fieldglass focused contingent workforce solutions and its integration with other SaaS technologies Proven experience in leading and managing large, complex projects and driving a structured, streamlined ways of working across a complex landscape of stakeholders whilst delivering against milestones on time Critical thinking and distilling complex, technical problems from multiple sources into business focused solutions - determining tradeoffs weighing business value, cost impact, and speed Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholder management - ability to influence stakeholders and distill information and recommendations into executive level messaging Business level fluency in English
