We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Support Worker.

About the Role:

As a senior support worker your duties could involve managing and mentoring a team of support staff, identify training needs, leading the writing of support plans, rota management and participating in review meetings. There will also be practical support with the person`s daily life, personal care or helping to promote a positive, active and healthy lifestyle to the individual you are supporting. We have 1 position based in Cupar and surrounding areas. For all Senior Support Worker roles we are looking for drivers with access to own vehicles due to the travel requirements of these roles. This vacancy is full time. Senior staff are expected to cover oncall duties (on a rotational basis). As a Senior member of staff, we would expect you to step in and assist with covering shifts. Requirements:

For this fantastic opportunity you will need:

\xc2\xb7 at least 2 years previous experience of supporting individuals within care,

\xc2\xb7 experience of leading teams in a social care environment,

\xc2\xb7 have or are working towards you SVQ level 3,

\xc2\xb7 hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle.
