We are looking for a Senior Support worker to join our Service in Claudy, BT47

What you\'ll be doing:

  • Supervise a small team of staff and support the service manager in delivering a commissioned service that is of the highest quality, to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or Complex needs living within their own home
  • Produce rotas that reflect a 2:1 staffing ratio 24/7 that takes into account planned annual leave
  • Support the team to ensure that the person we support maintains community links, participates in a range of community activities and has meaningful outcomes.
  • Participate in the out of hours on-call rota system
Who you are:
  • Hold a minimum of a level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or be working towards obtaining the qualification.
  • Have at least one years\' experience in a Senior Support Worker Role
  • Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
  • Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
  • Flexible due to service requirements.
  • Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
  • Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
