Senior Support Worker

33,500 - 36,100 (including a minimum of one sleep-in shift per week)

Senior Support Worker

for a small residential service in Farnham. This home provides a supportive environment for children up to 18 years old and is currently home to two young people.

Your responsibilities will include:

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

Experience:

Proven experience in a similar residential care role.

Qualifications:

An NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or an equivalent qualification (such as a Health and Social Care degree), or be in the process of obtaining one.

Driving Licence:

A full, clean driving licence is a strict requirement. Applicants without a driving licence will not be considered.

Skills:

Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and assist others.

This role involves a mix of shifts:

Early: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM Late: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Long Days: 7:30 AM - 11:00 PM Sleep-in: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (a minimum of one per week is required)
