Salary:

27,500 (depending on experience)

Average Salary with Sleep-ins:

30,778 (1 per week at 63 each)

Hours:

Full-time, 42 hours per week (Flexible shifts, typically 07:30-21:30)

Senior Support Worker

who can lead by example, support the team, and help create a safe, caring, and fun environment.

What You'll Do

Support and lead a small staff team Help care for and build relationships with young people Encourage positive routines, activities, and emotional development Keep accurate records and help meet care standards Promote a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment

What You'll Need

At least 1 year's experience in a children's residential setting Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it) A good understanding of trauma-informed care (or willingness to learn) Strong communication and leadership skills A UK Driving Licence Clear DBS and good references
