About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you will work closely with the care team to meet the daily needs of residents. Your responsibilities will include conducting formal supervisions and appraisals, contributing to care planning, and coaching support workers. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality personal care, respecting residents' dignity, and promoting independence.

Skills and Attributes
Previous experience in a senior care role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Empathetic and caring nature
Education and Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or working towards this qualification
