Are you an experienced support worker ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a dedicated and confident Senior Support Worker to join our residential children's home team, supporting vulnerable young people and helping shape positive futures.

About the Role:

As a Senior Support Worker, you will:

Lead and support shifts to ensure safe, effective day-to-day care Be a positive role model for young people and staff Provide guidance, mentoring and support to the staff team Support young people with emotional, behavioural and social needs Contribute to care planning, risk assessments and safeguarding processes Foster a nurturing, structured and therapeutic home environment Work collaboratively with management, professionals and families

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a children's residential setting Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to support young people through challenging behaviours Confidence in decision-making and managing complex situations Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
