Senior Support Worker - Join Our Growing Team at Positive Steps
Positive Steps is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our expanding team. This opportunity has arisen due to continued organic growth within the company.
Applicants must hold a Level 3 QCF (or equivalent) in a relevant field and have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, medication management, and accurate record-keeping is essential. The ability to lead shifts, mentor junior staff, and communicate effectively with families and professionals is also important.
As this is a community-based role, a full driving licence and access to a car suitable for work are required. We operate a two-week rolling rota, with every other weekend off to support work-life balance.
