Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory and good practice as outlined in the Children's Home Regulations 2015.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
A full, UK driving license
Competent working with IT systems
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Valid DBS check or willingness to undertake
Desirable - Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England)
Experience - Minimum of 2 years
