We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our 3-bed children's home. This role offers the chance to provide leadership and guidance to the staff team while delivering outstanding care for children with EBD.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor staff in daily care practices.
Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted standards are met.
Support the Registered Manager in running the home efficiently.
Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care planning.
Candidate Requirements
Experience supervising staff in children's residential care.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards).
Strong understanding of child-centred care and safeguarding.
