An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and supportive provider at their sole residential children's home, rated "Good" by Ofsted.
This 6-bed EBD service is seeking a confident, compassionate, and experienced
Senior Support Worker or Team Leader
to help drive high standards and consistency across care delivery.You'll lead by example on shift, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs while guiding your team to uphold best practices and a child-centred approach. Working closely with the management team, you'll help foster a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment.

What We're Looking For:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential) Full UK driving licence Prior experience in a senior or team-leading role (or the drive to step into one) A calm, resilient approach and strong safeguarding awareness Confidence in leading shifts and mentoring staff
