- Provide leadership and guidance to support workers in a residential childcare setting

- Develop and implement individual care plans for young people

- Ensure the highest standards of safety, wellbeing and safeguarding

- Act as a role model, mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices

- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements

Essential Requirements:

Level 3 Qualification in Childcare/Health & Social Care (Essential)

Proven experience in residential childcare (Minimum 2 years)

Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

Comprehensive understanding of safeguarding procedures
