There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Surveyor to join the Savills UK Infrastructure business to lead and further develop our offering in Wales. Your focus will be on identifying business development opportunities, growing and leading a successful team. You will hold extensive project management experience working with high profile, complex, projects across sectors with proven and recent experience in a management role.
As the Associate Director - Senior Surveyor you are expected to:
Develop and lead a project delivery team according to agreed business targets.
Develop strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
Identify business development opportunities (both internally and externally).
Drive the delivery of Land Programmes throughout the whole project lifecycle to ensure they are delivered safely, on time and to budget, meeting business & technical requirements.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert/Senior Advisor across business for all project delivery matters.
Lead the assembly, review and implementation of compliant Land Strategies.
Ensure effective client and stakeholder communications.
Provide full land support to CPO process.
Work collaboratively with other Savills teams (e.g. Land Referencing) to ensure deliverables.

Team Overview
The Infrastructure Projects team is a single department covering the whole of the UK. It consists of over 60 staff located throughout the country at entry level to those with over 30 years' experience.
We specialise in Infrastructure and Utilities clients and projects and are passionate about the high levels of service and collaborative working with our clients.
