Beaverbrook Estate is looking for an exceptional Senior Sushi Chef to join our team and help manage the daily operations of the Kitchen. Prepare & Present:

Create high-quality, beautiful sushi dishes with precision, artistry, and an attention to detail.

Maintain Standards:

Ensure the highest food safety and hygiene standards are always met.

Be an integral part of a dynamic kitchen team, working harmoniously to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Stay Ahead:

Keep up to date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, consistently pushing the boundaries of sushi excellence.

Who you are:

Experienced:

Proven experience as a Sushi Chef, ideally within a 5 luxury environment.

Skilled:

Exceptional knife skills and a deep understanding of sushi preparation and presentation.

Team-Oriented:

Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently.

Passionate:

A genuine passion for the culinary arts, always striving to create beautiful, memorable dishes.

Detail-Driven:

A keen eye for detail and presentation, with a focus on producing dishes that delight the senses

Salary:

Competitive Salary plus tronc.

Shift Pattern:

This position will be working 45 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7 including evenings and weekends.
