About the Role:


We're looking for an experienced Senior System Management Accountant to join our central team and play a key role in the successful roll-out, development, and day-to-day operation of Oracle NetSuite across the Xeinadin Group. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, working closely with our finance and operational teams, and helping to onboard new acquisitions onto a consistent, streamlined platform.

You'll be the go-to expert for all things NetSuite, leading system improvements, supporting users, and helping drive automation and integration across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Oracle NetSuite Troubleshoot system issues and provide expert user support Lead configuration, customisation, and development of the platform to meet evolving business needs Support the onboarding of newly acquired companies - training, data transfer, and legal entity consolidation Develop and maintain workflows, procedures, internal controls, reports, and Saved Searches Collaborate with Finance and Operations to implement upgrades, modules, and process improvements Work on systems integration, particularly between CCH Project Management and NetSuite Coordinate with NetSuite Support and ACS to resolve complex system issues Deliver end-user training and manage new feature rollouts Support and develop Workday Adaptive Planning for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting Assist with the rollout and reporting of the WebExpenses platform Continuously review and enhance system processes to drive efficiency

Key Requirements:


We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology-led finance transformation. You will ideally have:

Significant experience as a systems-focused management accountant Expertise in Oracle NetSuite - system administration, configuration, and support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset Confidence working with finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders Experience with system integrations and process automation Excellent communication and training abilities Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and/or CCH is an advantage
