WHAT TO EXPECT
The purpose of the IO Digitisation & Innovation SAP Systems team is to contribute to the development and execution of the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning Logistics elements of both the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Strategy.

This role is for an SAP Senior Systems Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the deployment of the correct mix of Process, Data, IT and Technology to optimise and standardise ERP Processes across our global manufacturing plants, from creating the strategy to physical delivery.

As an SAP Senior Systems Analyst, you\'ll drive and facilitate the development of Business Capability, Process Maps and Business Requirements to define the process and systems needed to transform our systems landscape into our Global Target Operating Model.

WHAT YOU\'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Assess and identify opportunities for improvement, gaps between current and target state and research market trends to inform future strategy.
  • Create implementation plans for delivery of new systems and processes and drive delivery.
  • Facilitate Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEAs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Training requirements, Go Live and Early Life Support planning, to aid a flawless launch.
  • Provide technical support through thorough systems user testing, problem resolution and user education.
  • Lead and coach both internal and external team members to deliver project deliverables, remove roadblocks, ensure communication, idea sharing & \'Lessons Learnt\' to deliver tasks on time and budget.
  • Support project governance and change management processes by evaluating business cases for change and assessing its impacts on all sites / relevant areas of the business.
  • Act as the conduit between the operational and technical teams to provide a common understanding.
  • Ensure solutions match stakeholder expectations.
  • Request project funding and manage project budgets to deliver SAP solutions.
  • Develop reporting metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI\'s) to ensure business processes are performing effectively, enable controlled process improvement and manage the progress of an implementation.
WHAT YOU\'LL NEED
Essential:
  • Previous experience in SAP Production Planning, Materials Management, Demand management
  • Experience of defining operational processes, business capabilities or IT requirements
  • Experience or knowledge of project management or supporting projects in a complex environment.
  • Experience or knowledge of driving process improvement activities or managing change.
  • Ability to read, understand and use metrics to drive change.
  • Good networking, communication, influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
